"Dangerous Dozen" list of most wanted fugitives for the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force released. Five fugitives were added this month to replace five vacancies.
Perez Worley is a Cleveland, OH area fugitive wanted for homicide. Worley allegedly killed a witness that had information related to another homicide he was previously charged with and released on appeal.
Thomas Swert is a Toledo, OH area fugitive wanted for bank robbery and business robbery, both incidents occurring back to back earlier this month in Toledo.
Marlon Powell is a Toledo, OH area fugitive wanted for involuntary manslaughter stemming from an incident in March 2014 where he allegedly initiated a gang fight which resulted in a homicide.
Dreshawn Pinkney is a Lorain, OH area fugitive wanted for rape. The charges stem from an incident where he allegedly lured a juvenile female into a closet at a party and forcibly raped her. Pinkney is believed to be hiding in the Cleveland area.
Ronald Carter is a Canton, OH area fugitive wanted for felonious assault and having weapons under disability. The charges stem from an incident in 2008 where Carter allegedly shot another male in the abdomen after a verbal disagreement.
All of the fugitives on the "Dangerous Dozen" should be considered dangerous individuals and should not be approached by the general public. Tipsters may remain anonymous and cash rewards are available for information leading to the arrest of any of these fugitives.
Since the inception of the "Dangerous Dozen" program in May 2010, the NOVFTF has apprehended or closed 130 of the 137 fugitives profiled on this list. Of the 130 apprehended, 67 were a direct result of the exposure from the media and assistance of the public.
