(CNN) - A United Nations worker who was being treated for Ebola at a hospital in Germany has died, an unnamed spokesman for St. Georg Clinic in Leipzig said Tuesday. "We can confirm that the U.N. worker being treated here died last night from the Ebola virus. He was of Sudanese nationality," he said. More than 4,000 people have died of the disease, the World Health Organization said Friday, and more than 8,000 either have a confirmed or suspected case of the disease.
