AKRON, OH (WOIO) - is looking to increase its inbound sales workforce by more than 40 at its Akron operations.
"We are looking to fill a number of full-time, inbound sales representative positions in our Akron office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state," said Joe Pearson, senior director of telesales at Time Warner. "With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers."

A hiring event will take place on April 1 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 530 S. Main St., Suite 1751, in Akron, to begin scouting potential candidates for the new positions.
During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, training, and job responsibilities. Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be invited for a final interview.
Inbound sales representatives are responsible for selling residential cable, Internet, home phone, and home management/security services. This position is required to sell, transfer, provide information, and offer assistance on all aspects of cable services to potential and current customers by telephone.
