CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Tamir Rice's paternal grandmother agreed to sit down with the CBS Evening News Monday for her first television interview since Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty released three expert reports saying the fatal shooting of the 12-year-old was "reasonable."

Mildretta Warner-Davis is the mother of Leonard Warner.

Meantime, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is expressing support for the Rice family.

Clinton sent the tweet Monday after meeting with members of Black Lives Matter and other affiliated groups in Washington, D.C. on Friday.

Hear some of what Davis has to say this evening on Cleveland 19 News.

Rice was holding an airsoft pistol with the red tip removed when he was shot by Officer Timothy Loehmann outside Cudell Recreation Center last year. Despite the reports, the prosecutor's office says a grand jury will decide if Officer Loehmann should face criminal charges.
