CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Sources confirm the grand jury hearing the Tamir Rice case has subpoenaed Officers Frank Garmback and Timothy Loehmann.

They are expected to testify at the end of the November.

The grand jury has already heard from 911 call takers, Cleveland dispatchers and assisting officers who responded to the scene.

This Sunday, November 22, 2015, will be the one year anniversary of the shooting death of the 12-year-old boy.

Tamir was outside the Cudell Rec Center at 1910 West Boulevard waving a gun, that turned out to be a toy.
