Mayor Jackson's grandson back in court for his illegal dirt bike

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Mayor Frank Jackson's grandson was arrested again this past weekend for illegally riding his dirt bike.

Frank Jackson, named after the mayor, was arrested on July 31 traveling on MLK, just south of Woodstock.

When the motorcycle stalled out, a Cleveland Police Officer attempted to arrest him, but Jackson wrapped both arms around the officer and they both fell to the ground.

A second officer placed Jackson under arrest.

Jackson appeared in traffic court Tuesday.

The four tickets he received were thrown out after Jackson pleaded no contest. He was found guilty though of muffler--excess smoke/gas.

You may recall Jackson was caught last Fall by Investigator Carl Monday illegally riding dirt bikes.
