ASHLAND, OH (WOIO) - Two women found dead in Ashland and Richland counties were identified to Cleveland 19 by sources.

The body found in Mansfield last week is that of Candice Cunningham, 29, sources said.

She is from Canton. She was never reported missing. Police said Shawn Grate led them to her body last week after police found two bodies inside an Ashland home.

Police said Cunningham was murdered inside a Park Avenue East house and dumped in the woods in June.

Mansfield police are also looking into the death of Rebekah Leicy, who was killed in March 2015. Leicy is from Mansfield, but her body was found in a field in Ashland.

This is the fifth body being connected to Grate.

On Saturday, the Marion County Sheriff's Department confirmed that they are looking at another body connected to the case. According to the police, Grate confessed to killing the woman and said she was his first kill.

Police said the victim was selling magazines door-to-door in 2005. Grate said his mother was upset that she never received her magazines. According to police, Grate said he saw the woman and lured her to a house where he killed her and dumped her body. Her body was found on Victory Road in Marion in 2007.

Police still need help identifying her. (See composite drawings)

Grate was charged with the murders of two women in Ashland. The bodies of Stacey Stanley and Elizabeth Griffith were found after Grate was arrested on Sept. 13 when a woman called police saying that he had abducted her. She was able to call 911 while he was sleeping.

No charges have been filed in the Mansfield, Marion and new Ashland cases. The Marion County Sheriff believes Grate will be connected to more homicides.
