CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Indians are headed to the World Series for the first time in 19 years and if that's not enough to give you goosebumps, listening to announcer Tom Hamilton call the last out of the Game 5 of the American League Championship Series will.

Hamilton has made tons of amazing calls since joining the Tribe in 1990. He has announced every post season game since for the last 26 years.

Here's Hamilton's call of the final out of the game --, a pop-up by Troy Tulowitzki of the Blue Jays and caught by Carlos Santana in foul territory at Rogers Centre.

The call was incredibly different than that of Ernie Johnson of TBS.
