ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - Elyria police are investigating after the body of a woman was found on the side of the road Wednesday.
A dog walker spotted the body on Old Fowl Road around 9 a.m.
BCI is helping process the crime scene.
Officials said the area is now closed, between Albrecht and Fowl, for the investigation.
The Lorain County Coroner says the victim is a young female. An autopsy will be done Wednesday to determine a cause of death.
No name has been released at this time.
