Explosion catches two houses on fire in Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland firefighters are on the scene of an explosion and fire on Cleveland's west side.

It appears that a vehicle in between two homes exploded and burst into flames, setting both houses on fire. Both houses had extensive damages.

The call came in around 8 am in the 10900 block of Linnet Avenue, off of West 105th Street.

One man was transported to Fairview Hospital to be checked out.

Cleveland 19 has a crew on the scene and will update this story with more information as it becomes available.
