CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A neighborhood rally against gun violence is slated for Friday in honor of Saniyah Nicholson, the 9-year-old girl who was shot and killed outside of an east side Cleveland shopping center.

The vigil is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot at the Lee and Harvard Shopping Center.

Cleveland Councilman Joe Jones as well as Saniyah's friends, family, and local organizations are expected to be present for the rally.

Investigators say Saniyah was in the car with her sister when she was struck by crossfire between between two groups of people on Wednesday.

A $20,000 reward has been announced in exchange for information that leads to the capture and prosecution of the shooting suspects involved.
