AVON LAKE, OH (WOIO) - For nine years, Thomas Jenkins has run "TECMO CLEVELAND," a company designed to keep the popular 1990's video game Tecmo Bowl alive and well with a yearly tournament with cash prizes.
After a good deal of success last year it's back again, but with a new game as well--NBA JAM.
Also a very popular video game in the 90's, NBA JAM has been added to the tournament and will receive it's own day.
The Tecmo jam Cleveland tourney will kick off Saturday, Aug. 4 with the NBA JAM tournament tipping off on Sunday.
Cash prizes of $500 will be given for each game.
