Chagrin Falls assisted living center made to look like small town gains national attention

CHAGRIN FALLS, OH (WOIO) - It isn't new, but the social media explosion surrounding the Lantern of Chagrin Valley assisted living facility is.
On Tuesday, a Reddit user posted a picture of the facility that shows the unique "front porch" style hallways that help those living there, feel like they're still part of a community.
The post was so popular users shot it to the top of its subreddit category, which has 2.5 million subscribers, and it went viral quickly.
The post has created more than 860 comments and many of them are from users remembering times with grandparents.
Cleveland 19 is heading to Lantern of Chagrin Valley on Friday afternoon and will have more with how they feel about the viral post.
