Giuliani's Daughter Reportedly Backs Obama

WASHINGTON (AP) - It's no secret that Rudy Giuliani hasn't been on the best of terms with his son and daughter. And it now appears that those differences may be political, as well as personal.

According to her Facebook profile, Giuliani's 17-year-old daughter, Caroline, is a Barack Obama supporter. Her profile said she belonged to Obama's Facebook group. But she left that group this morning, after the online magazine Slate started looking into it.

The teen-ager is Giuliani's daughter with his second wife, Donna Hanover. She'll attend Harvard this fall. On her profile, which uses a slightly different last name, she described herself as having liberal political views.

Her 21-year-old brother, Andrew, has said his relationship with his father became distance after the parents' messy divorce and his father's marriage to Judith Nathan.

The New York Daily News reported that Giuliani attended his daughter's graduation in May -- sitting in the last row, and leaving without speaking to her.
