Severe Storms Displace Hundreds of Parma Residents

Parma, OH - The aftermath of today's severe storms is forcing hundreds of Parma residents from their homes.

At least one electrical transformer and other utilities submerged at the Westfield Apartment Complex on Chevrolet Boulevard - prompting officials to evacuate each of the four buildings within the complex.

Between 250-300 people who currently occupy approximately 85 apartments will seek temporary shelter at Valley Forge High School in Parma Heights.

No word exactly how long it will be until residents will be allowed to return to their apartments.
