CLEVELAND (AP) - At 76 years old, police in wealthy Cleveland suburbs call him "The Silver Burglar" and they say he's at it again.
The man, Kermit Gabel, was arrested by Shaker Heights police who tracked his footprints Friday night in a wooded area. Police were responding to a house burglar alarm.
Gabel spent time in an out of prison over several decades in Ohio and Texas. He was known to target homes in Cleveland's eastern suburbs, taking silverware, furs and jewelry.
