SOLD: Michaels buys Pat Catans

STRONGSVILLE, OH (WOIO) - Michaels Craft stores is expanding.
The arts and crafts and custom framing business purchased all 34 Ohio-based Pat Catans stores.
Michaels made the announcement Tuesday saying it paid $150 million in cash for Lamrite West Inc.
Officials say Lamrite West's headquarters will remain in Strongsville, Ohio.
Pat Catans has stores in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia.
