A 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy are both recovering after being shot at an intersection on Cleveland's east side Tuesday night.

The shots were fired at East 117th Street and St. Clair.

Witnesses say this was a gang shooting over a stolen dirt bike.

Dartezz Hogan was in the crowd of children when shots rang out.

"We came out of the store and it's like fireworks. Like a movie and it don't stop," Hogan said.

13-year-old Antyone Taylor was shot at least twice. He was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. According to his mother Sophia Greathouse, Taylor has a collapsed lung.

"He is not out of this neck of the woods. He's been through surgery. He is only 13. He is not a bad kid. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time," Greathouse said.

The 15-year-old was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg. He has been treated and released.

One witness may have a good description of the vehicle involved in the shooting.

"A brown Focus with a black male with a t-shirt half way on his face got out of the back passenger window with a gun strapped on him like out of a movie," the witness said.

So far, no arrests have been made.

"How  can you be aiming at somebody and we are all teenagers? My little brother is six. He is going to first grade. What if he would have got hurt?" asked Hogan.
