Willoughby Hills police mourn death of retired K-9

WILLOUGHY HILLS, Ohio (WOIO) - The Willoughby Hills Police Department on Friday announced the death of retired K-9 Cooper.
Cooper served the department for four years, from 2015 to 2019, police said in a Facebook post.
The department said Cooper and his handler, Officer Mino, worked together to arrest suspects in both misdemeanor and felony crimes.
Cooper was skilled in narcotics, suspect apprehension tracking, building search and article location.
