Resident escapes Maple Heights house fire

MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - A man managed to escape safely after their home caught fire Tuesday evening.
Firefighters responded to the house in the 15800 block of Rockside Rd. around 8 p.m.
When firefighters arrived, they said the structure was a “well involved dwelling fire.”
Several other fire departments, including, Garfield Heights, Bedford, Warrensville Heights, Bedford Heights, and Valley View, helped battle the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
