Brooklyn officer, ‘few kind citizens’ save struggling baby opossum

BROOKLYN, Ohio (WOIO) - The city of Brooklyn said Animal Control Officer Miranda Braude and “a few kind citizens came to the rescue of a struggling baby possom.”
The rescue mission happened on Biddulph Road on June 12, according to the city of Brooklyn.
The “little guy” is now being cared for by the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center, said the city of Brooklyn.
“Everyone is smiling now that the possum is in a safe place!” the city of Brooklyn stated.
