Man arrested for alleged attack at Toledo bar that left victim with ‘major brain trauma’

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The man police say was responsible for a bar fight that left the victim with ‘major brain trauma’ was charged with felonious assault June 2.

Joseph Ochoa, 28, was also charged with robbery in the alleged assault that took place outside Bottom Line Bar on Starr Ave.

The victim suffered a broken jaw, broken teeth and a broken rib.

When Ochoa was located, police said they found the victim’s ID and debit in his possession.
