The evolution of Todd Monken’s coaching style

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Browns’ general manager Andrew Berry described head coach Todd Monken like Billy Bob Thornton’s character in Landman.

“Rare problem solver but can also relate to a 21-year-old on the oil rig, the head of the drug cartel or the billionaire financier in the office, that is Todd Monken,” Berry said.

Ahead of day two of training camp, Monken dove into how his coaching style has evolved over the years, and how he’s learned to be less confrontational.
