Grid search underway for Copley man with dementia missing since July 27

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A grid search is underway for 67-year-old Frank J. Feher, a Copley man suffering from Dementia who has been missing for days now.

Feher was last seen walking away from his South Hametown Road home at 5 p.m. on July 27, according to the Ohio Attorney General Missing Persons Unit.

He was described as 6′2″ tall, 178 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes.

The Missing Persons Unit said he was last spotted wearing green sweatpants, a tan jacket, a baseball cap, and gray and red sneakers.

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert was issued statewide, but Copley Township officials confirmed on Thursday that Copley police teamed up with Summit County EMA and other municipalities to conduct a grid search of the area.

“Summit County EMA is helping ensure the most efficient search utilizing resources on foot, in vehicle and through the air,” Copley Township officials shared on Facebook.
