Wanted: Cleveland woman who allegedly used hatchet in attack is on the run
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -This week’s Cuyahoga’s Most Wanted features a Cleveland woman who allegedly used a hatchet to attack her victim.
According to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, in July of 2025 Stephanie Hunt caused severe injuries to a person after hitting them with the weapon several times.

Hunt failed to show up for her trial and a warrant was issued for her arrest by the sheriff’s department.
She is currently facing the following charges:
- Felonious assault
- Inducing Panic
Hunt is 5’4” and 150 pounds and was last known to be staying in the 11000 block of Erwin Avenue in the City of Cleveland.
