Cleveland Metroparks Zoo ends timed entry for Primate Forest

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Visitors headed to Cleveland Metroparks Zoo will no longer need to reserve a timed entry slot to see the Primate Forest.

The zoo announced Wednesday on Facebook that timed entry is currently not required during visits.

For the first two weeks following the exhibit’s opening, visitors were required to select a specific time slot to help manage crowd sizes.

Zoo officials noted that timed entry requirements may return as visitation patterns fluctuate throughout the year.

Visitors are advised to check the Primate Forest section of the Cleveland Metroparks website before their trip.
