A jury has found Tony Viola not guilty in a huge mortgage fraud case in Cuyahoga County.

Viola represented himself and claimed he was the victim of the banks.

He's already been convicted of similar charges in federal court, but he beat the charges in state court.

Since 2007, 339 defendants have been indicted for approximately $121 million in fraudulent loans for 892 houses, located in 29 communities in Cuyahoga County, as well as 6 communities located outside Cuyahoga County. 75% of these houses fell into either mortgage, tax foreclosure or tax delinquency.

Federal Court sentenced Viola to 12-years in prison.
