Cleveland man charged with threatening to kill judge

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland man is charged with threatening a Summit County judge.
Rayshiaun Mann, 35, is charge with intimidation, retaliation and telephone harassment.
Mann made 49 phone calls to Summit County Judge Cook's court, threatening to kill her. He also stated that he is a threat to the justice system.
19 Action News has learned Mann recently had court case that was handled by Judge Cook.
