Fatal party shooting: Cleveland man sentenced to 9 years in prison

AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland man has pleaded guilty in a fatal February shooting, according to the Summit County prosecutor.
Antoine Bennett, 32, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter with a gun specification and having a weapon under disability.
Bennett was at a party at a home on North Howard Street in Akron when an argument broke out between Bennett and 25-year-old Gabriel Rios, according to authorities. Bennett was accused of pulling out a gun and shooting Rios in the chest.
Bennett has been sentenced to nine years in prison.
