Man dead after fatal accident along Lakeshore Blvd
Serious accident shuts down Lakeshore Blvd

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland Police and EMS are investigating an early morning fatal accident on Lakeshore Boulevard.
Police say the accident was first reported at around 4:15 A.M. Thursday morning. The vehicle involved in the accident struck a tree. Cleveland EMS said an male was pronounced dead at the scene.
During the investigation, police closed Lakeshore Boulevard between East 141st Street and East 140th Street.
An EMS official on the scene said the victim may have suffered a medical emergency before the accident.
The victim's identity has not been released yet.
The roadway reopened around 7:00 A.M.
