Man dead following fiery motorcycle crash in Parma: Police

PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) - A 28-year-old man died following a motorcycle crash in Parma early Monday morning, according to investigators.
Parma Police Cpt. Daniel Ciryak says the crash occurred after the motorcycle struck a utility pole in the 6600 block of State Road at approximately 1 a.m.
Ciryak says the man was ejected off of his motorcycle, which caught fire after the crash.
Parma Fire Department officials put the fire out and transported the man to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he later died, Ciryak says.
PPD says speed and alcohol may be contributing factors to the crash.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as William Wolosyn.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
