34-year-old man killed at Cleveland gas station

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Police are investigating a Monday morning murder at a gas station on the city’s East side.

Officers were called out to the Sunoco Gas Station at East 131st Street and Harvard Avenue around 10:30 a.m. for a report of a shooting.

This is in the city’s Union Miles neighborhood.

Cleveland EMS confirmed a male victim was pronounced dead at the scene and nobody was transported.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Daniel Perry, 34.

The suspect fled the scene after the shooting and remains on the loose.
