U.S. Marshals offer reward for fugitive child rapist from Portage County

PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshals and Portage County Sheriff deputies are asking for help in finding a fugitive accused of raping a minor.

According to the U.S. Marshals, Emilo Joseph Lee Dial, 22, is also wanted for sexual battery, intimidation of a witness, and failure to provide notice of address change.

Dial is 5′11″ and about 200 pounds.

Dial is known to frequent Cuyahoga and Portage County, added the U.S. Marshals.
