U.S. Marshals search for fugitive wanted for rape, gross sexual imposition

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshals are offering a reward for information leading to the capture of a man accused of rape and gross sexual imposition.

Billy Teter is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s office.

Teter, 47, is known to frequent Lorain County and Cuyahoga County.
