Brook Park man travels to Pennsylvania to have sex with 15-year-old, police say

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (WOIO) - A Brook Park man is charged with sex crimes after police say he traveled out-of-state to meet a 15-year-old girl.

Brookville Police Chief Vince Markle said officers arrested Vincent Hutter, 67, Monday morning in Pennsylvania.

Court records show he is charged with attempted statutory sexual assault, attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, attempted incident assault, drug possession and criminal communications.

A criminal complaint alleges Hutter “arranged to meet a 15-year-old girl to have sexual relations.”

The complaint also states he showed up to the meeting with marijuana.

Court records show Hutter posted bail Tuesday. He is due back in court later this month for a preliminary hearing.
