I-90 East ramp to I-71 South reopens after car flips

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The I-90 East ramp to I-71 South was closed early Friday morning after a car crashed and flipped over.
As of 7:10 a.m., the Ohio Department of Transportation reported that the ramp is open.
Traffic was stalled as crews worked to clear the scene.
