NE Ohio storms flood roads, cause power outages

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Some FirstEnergy customers are without power on Friday after early morning storms rolled through Northeast Ohio.

As of 12:45 p.m., FirstEnergy crews were still restoring power to over 400 customers in Cuyahoga County.

The rains also caused issues on the road with several reported crashes.

Before 6 a.m., a car was partially submerged in water under the East 71st railroad bridge near Irma Avenue. The water has since receded, and Cleveland Police were on the scene.
