CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Several acres of empty land near the NASA Glenn Research Center is now going to be developed with hotels and restaurants.

Cleveland City Council members voted Monday evening to sell a total of 10 acres of land on Brookpark and Old Grayton Roads to NASA Park, LLC.

According to city documents, the area will be known as Voyager Park and will include a 124-room Waterwalk by Wyndham Hotel and an Extended Stay Marriott with 130 rooms.

Two fast-casual restaurants are also in the plan; including a vintage McDonalds with a drive-thru.

The price tag for the project is estimated at $60 million.
